We offer 30-day-no-question-asked return and exchange to all our Domestic and International Customers, however the original shipping cost is not refundable and the return shipping cost (and in case of exchange, the new shipping cost) must be paid by the customer. Returned items must be in impeccable condition. We do not accept used or damaged items. The return and exchange policy apply to every type of decals, except the customized orders. If the package arrives damaged, our customer is eligible for restitution, and we will resend the order.
Apart from the shipping cost, our customers will be fully reimbursed if they wish to return their items. Once the returned items are received, the customer's money will be refunded to his or her account within two days. Please inform us by email at email@example.com about any returns before you ship the unwanted item back.
